runners (800 meters and up) My camp is unique in that the instruction is geared toward developing the total runner – physically, mentally and spiritually. Campers will learn how to apply racing strategies, training philosophies, and good nutrition as well as hear from top Christian athletes who will share how their faith has helped them reach their fullest potential.
