Lake Morena Village
in the east backcountry of San Diego

Morena Village is a small mountain lake village in east San Diego County. There you can enjoy camping, fishing or hiking on the 'Pacific Crest Trail', or just relax and shoot pool with the locals in the nearby saloon. Annual events include the 'Barn Dance' on the 'Star Ranch' between Lake Morena and Campo in June, and the 'Fourth of July' parade which highlights classic small town America.
